Having issues with Delta?

Delta Kits has great track record with me, even sent me a new injector at no charge ad I didn't buy the kit from them! Sent it fast and right after a seminar in Austin, as fast a I received it I think Jeff must have called home office and had it sent out.
How many other companys that you deal with will do that?
Velox, you may have been having a bad day ( sorry about your car and all) however don't you think without having all the facts this should have been seteled privatly?

Hey,Velux is really just asking for some feedback from guys here to verify that his issue is the exception rather than the rule. I think that's clear by now even if first post showed some frustration.

It's easy to say someone else should have taken a step back and counted to ten before they ask questions.

Threads like this really only serve to help the image of good companies like Delta...

My personal experience .....

Delta has always shipped my orders in a timely manner and has provided me with tracking numbers when requested so that I can go online and track/verify the shipping process.

In my years of shipping and ordering, I have had bad experiences with UPS, FeDex and the USPS. Especially during the holiday season, when all three of the major shipping companies add "casual" labor to handle the increased load.

Unfortunately, while the major shipping companies may advertise prompt service, they are pretty slick in that they contractually limit their liability to refunding actual shipping cost in case of poor performance on their end.

Heck, just within the past few months, UPS nearly cost me $50,000.00+ by failing to deliver some overnite paperwork (actually took 2 weeks for an overnite shipment to arrive) to the folks that bought my horses in Alabama. Fortunately, I was able to provide the buyers with proof that I had sent the transfer/registration documents (AKA Tracking #) and they realised that the issue was UPS related and not an attempt on my part to "screw" them.

Trying to get anything on time between the holidays is a gamble. Two years in a row I had stuff stolen out of the mail and the third year an idiot from roadway didn't feel like making it out to my apartment and returned the item to sender. This year everything is done shipping wise except one package on its way. Then I'm done for the holidays...
This time of year is also high time for thieves all over. Watch your stuff!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the input guys, sounds like i did make a wise choice in choosing Delta Kits as a supplier.

Jeff is a great guy, very helpful in training. Again, nothing i posted before was meant as a flame or negativity towards him or the company.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Delta. They are pleasant to deal with and ship things out very fast. I bought a slightly used kit off of Ebay and was told that Delta would stand behnd it 100%. That is incredible and has made me a Delta customer for the duration.
