If 2 of the claims were reversed, meaning I had the 2 major claims first and the 3rd was a wsr, then it would've raised my rates...right? My whole gripe, and this is all towards my agent, is that she could've told me that it counts as a "claim". I would've easily paid cash for the wsr and save the claims for the major problems.

So in my case, I had to sacrifice an $1,100 claim to avoid a rate increase, but they sure paid for my deductable for the wsr. :x

What I meant to say in that last sentence is...

They took care of my WSR with no problem, when I went to file my 3rd claim, THAT'S when she told me my rates might go up if I file it. I just didn't know that it counts as a claim, most people might not, and if I was informed of this by her, like I said before, I would've paid out of pocket.

My insurance renewal notice stated 3 windshield repairs a year were authorized.
I have had 2 commercial accounts refuse to use the claims for their insuirance because glass isn't covered on their policy, so
I have bad results from commercial underwriters-

...so instead of telling someone it isnt a claim, how do you reword it?
