Problem Receiving Lynx Faxes

Hi,

I did have the very same problem. I also could receive faxes from everyone but Lynx. What I discovered was this. When I had set up service with my phone company it came with a complete package of services, along with a feature that I could determine how to handle the different services like caller id, and what numbers to allow or disallow, etc. The reason I was not able to receive faxes from Lynx was because it was set on default to not accept unknown numbers. Once I went in and allowed all numbers to be accepted it solved the problem. So if you have a package deal with your telephone company check and see if you have that manager feature to allow it to accept all incoming calls.
