For me it's a parka, touque, long john's and snow boots(ever hear of wind chill factor, makes parts of you look like a large kidney bean served on a brillo pad(those who live in cold climes will understand, those who don't take a very cold shower and look down you will get it(males only, sorry ladies).

I use a generic cerium oxide powder( from grainger) mixed with water for polishing.
