Just a suggestion. Go to the US Dept of Labor website. (just type DOL in google) Then look at FLSA the Fair Labor Standards Act. Check the same agency for your state. Either make sure you have a written agreement that your rep is not an employee but an independent contractor or if an employee make sure to follow definitions of exempt from overtime regulations or pay time and a half for all hours over 40 per week!
