It look like the Licensing BUG - is going from state to state, and the n-w-r-a needs your help and support.Because it could be in your state NEXT????? For just two or three repairs you can join the n-w-r-a and have them fight this BUG for you .At the moment they are down in Texas representing us

Since licensing hasn't happened yet, there's no way to say definitively. One of the proposed requirements was manufacturers training, which Delta Kits certification training would qualify.

Unfortunately tbw, the NWRA has come out in strong support of licensing windshield repair technicians. If you don't support this, I would suggest contacting the NWRA and voicing your opinion.

Just an update - fyi...
Texas Senate committee scheduled a public hearing and then cancelled it on 5/11. 79th Legislative session closed 5/30 with no action on this bill. Not to say that it could have action if Gov. Perry calls a Special Session this summer.
