Jerry nothing to do with the fact you are 12 years older. I find we have to work harder to secure new fleets than we used to due to them already being serviced. Yes there are more guys doing the job but then again the public are better educated and should know to get the screen repaired.
33,000 + screen repairs over 18 years and still learning.
