If you cant drum up enough repairs to reach your require income the fault is your own
The ability to sell and self motivate is the key if you cant sell go work the counter at some parts store and give up the WR biz sales is key 10 repairs a day in a moderatly populated area should be easy with a combination of regular accounts that you build over time and cold call retail a guy who hustles should do 10 easy
