Hey guys & Gals,

Before starting a repair have your customer sign an authorization repair form to CYA if a crack out occurs. I posted a sample of what I use here:

I experienced something similar on a Dodge Ram last week. Should have been a fairly easy repair but it cracked out twice, each time with 3 new legs. I eventually got it repaired, but it wasn't pretty.
