Now I have spent a lot of time thinking about the best state to work in and sober springs to mind. Failing that a nice warn sunny one.

Yes, Texas has miles and miles of open roads with lot of rocks on them.

Hey,

You are from Louisiana, and you ask which state is best for WS repair? Heck man, consider the gravel used on roads in Louisiana: Whereas other states use crushed limestone and other stone for aggragate, here in louisiana we use nice, round, smooth river gravel - which embeds itself in tires very easily, and then gets slung out at high speed - it's a WONDERFUL thing, I tell ya!

Seriously, judging by the other posts, it doesn't matter which state you are in - what matters, is if YOU are willing to find the customers who need you service. They are out there.....

The nice part about repairing windshields is you can chose any state to set up shop and still make a decent living. What is the best state for repair? My answer would simply be........the one you feel most comfortable working in!
