ok sweet, i got my edirect all setup but
still have a couple questions (and many more to come)

is there anything else i need to do in lynx and SGC? meaning do i have to set it up to allow edirect or something i dunno.

also how do i go about doing electronic scheduling? (thought i read that some where that its possible)

any info is appreciated

First thing to do is to make sure and follow the instructions at http://www.deltakits.com/lynx (which will link you to the appropriate page at Lynx). Make sure to go through the checklist carefully. Lynx will typically take 48 hours (well, two working days) to get back to you with a password, so do that immediately for best results. Once you've got your password, you can get your Metryx (through Lynx) info filled out, and put down that eDG is your provider. The people at eDG can walk you through that whole process.

ok cool i already am set up with SGC and lynx/metryx
thing just gotta change the provider thing..

anything for SGC?
and how about getting electronic scheduling? or am i wrong?

yeah they could but, so far im not impress with there customer service..
i call many times and just get a recorded message. and after on hold for a while i get an answering machine.

never mind it seems that the sales dep is on holiday so im guessing same goes for tech support

Tony who is in charge of tech support is a great guy..very helpfull..and will take time with you..its cristmas
