Holy Smokes! $75 for everything? I'm moving to your part of the country.
I charge the same price for each type break. However, if the break is really large (i.e. larger than a half dollar) I may charge $5-$10 more. For long cracks over 3", I charge base, regular price plus $1-$2 per inch depending on what I can get.
