Do you guys in the states have "April fools day" tradition?.i.e.
Before 1200 noon on April the 1st you try to make someone believe something that is absolutely ridiculous and see who falls for it ( l.i.p.s. !!!)
Very popular in the UK, even the TV and press come up with crazy stories.
If they try and do it after 1200 noon you say " April fool is past and gone, your the fool and I am none" - LOL Screenman

Yes Glasseye we do, Im not so sure the 12 noon rule affects us.
