No--They said they were.
I am saying that according to the information posted by eDirect, they (SGC) had not acknowledged receipt of the EDI for 2 days when the record indicates that it was not rejected. We repair techs strive to provide service as soon as possible to the insured. Is it unreasonable to expect a little prompt attention to our submissions?
