I don't call in to cancel an additional repair...I just bill for one and add a note that an additional repair was not needed.

Calling was probably not necessary but my wife/secretary was with me so when I was busy she just called it in. They really appreciated the fact that we were so honest ( browny points I guess ) I feel that all those small things will add up somewhat on my priority status. Over the years I went from 3 jobs a month to 4-5 a week to 12-15 week average now. No scamming here, and due to scammers I here there may be some changes in Harmon and probably others in the near future.

I think it will for sure. Too bad some people have to make use pay for there dishonesty.
