Thanks everyone. NEBS is a competitive source for one stop shopping to definately keep in the file. Here is a quote they prepared for me so you can compare your current offering.
NEBS Custom Printing Quote# 201052
3pt, black or blue ink, glued edge 250- 150.00; 500- 197.00 1000- 260.00
Add a second color for 65.00 Add a perforated edge for couple bucks more.Note;
This is not a quote on a NEBS template that I will customize. This is on my supplied design. They also have more options.

Without pulling their last invoice I'd say that is close to what I spent.. I order 1000 at a time, custom logo, Company name, Addy, Phone numbers, one color ink, 2 part, with warranty disclaimer at bottom and I think it is just shy of $200 for the 1000..

If you are using eDirectGlass can you not print your invoices directly from there? It has taken a long time but I think the mobile solutions are becoming more and more main stream and often save you the trouble of double entry when you submit your claims from home at the end of the day.
The technology is available to anyone who wants to accept credit cards, submit claims, print invoices, and even verify checks on the fly. It is still a bit pricey for some, but the quality is going up that the cost going down every day.
