RAC, are you saying the Royal Auto Club owns auto windscreens???

5 years in the Windscreen Business and this guy knows very little about windscreen repairs, what a Ignorant dope, even his use of English and spelling are crap especially for an Englishman, its nice that he is posting on the forums educating others. Huhhhhhh...

I know you promote the education of quality repairs, and that this type of professional ignorance is upsetting but I suppose we could look on the bright side and use his ignorance against him, wont it give you and others a chance to educate the customer about the truth and steal the repair business they dont want or need.

It certainly will, however I am also trying to approach said company with a view to helping them improve their own standards, unfortunately as expected I am hitting a brick wall, still got to keep trying.
