First and foremost make sure you are not screwing the injector too tightly to the w/s.

If that is not the problem, follow the excellent suggestions previously posted.

This is one of the problems I'm having too, getting a crack off of a repair to completely fill. What happens if I can't get it filled and I cure the repair? Will it continue to spread? Do I let it go or go to the end of the crack and make a bullseye and fill it from that end? I have one like this on my own windshield, and it's been fine for years, but I'm not sure if I want to take that chance with a customer.....
