It has been my experience while doing damp and cold weather repairs in Vermont that if you apply the inector while the glass is still warm you get a better fill the cooling causes a suction affect and pulls resin into the break. This also can be achieved by heating the glass when the injector is not under pressure once the heat source is removed place under pressure
None of this is done until all moisture is removed
