Air sucked into crack repair

It is not the crack opening at all, Just traveling if a hairline is not cought after drilling to stop or just expanding from the heat if not drilled. The resin is still in tacked.

My reply read never had a problem with it, meaning Magnibond. I suppose you could be correct in saying a repair had spread some time after I had repaired it, but I think seeing as I do long crack repairs for only a few companies I think I may have heard them shout at me next time I was in. I drill and pop every long edge crack in 3 places this I find adds the extra strenght needed in the very large 7ft x 6 ft or even larger screens repair.

In the end it works for me, but then again it may not do so for everyone.

You drill 3 holes at the end of the break? Like a triangle? Or 3 holes along the crack spaced out?

What is the average length of cracks do you do?

Average length not a clue I do plenty of 10 inch ones though. 3 holes one at the edge up by the rubber trim or whatever, one at the very end and one about 1/2 inch in from the end which is my fill hole. All holes drilled and popped, making sure the drill is held slightly pointing downards so that the pit can be filled easily. A lot of guys have trouble filling a drilled pit because they let the drill drop slightly when drill, this leads to a hole pointing skywards and makes it harder to pit fill without bubbles.
