hi guys.. i see you have had some fun with the customers and at one time have seen and done it all,,,,,,, i had a mustang come to the shop one day with scratches all over the windshield,, man had a 65 in mint condition, till his wife took a shovel to scrape off the snow and ice off of the windshield, i didnt ask if she was blonde,,i just replaced the glass..

A hammer!!!!!

They thought they were only "lightly tapping" it and the cracks they were seeing was the ice breaking up. NOT!!
They were so embarrassed, but we couldn't help but laugh!!!
