Yes a guarantee on your repairs is simple good business practice. Yes, I've been repairing windshields part time for 10 years and was scammed only 1 time. As for the re-repair for me its not worth the trouble and its very possible the outcome may not satisfy the customer. My policy ....don't try to fix someone elses sloppy work.
