Yes I am in an area that Safelite does mobile service to but I still get a lot of referals from SGC (Safelite Solutions). Not sure why but I do so I'm not complaining.

I got 3 SGC and 2 Lynx request this week. I noticed on my last pay from SGC, they are charging me $12.00 and Lynx is charging me $7.50 for the referral processing fee. I've gone from almost no referrals to this. Safelite ads are still running heavy in my area. Ita taking about 3 weeks to get my money from SGC and about 2 weeks from Lynxs. Two of the SGC repairs the customer requested me yet they tried to steer them to someone else. The other customer for SGC was about 55 miles from the nearest Safelite shop and about 25 miles from me. I didnt turn that down because they might decide not to send me any more in my area if I did.

Sorry for getting off topic here. Candyman, please explain "referral processing fee". I have never had to pay anything like this. Did you mean manual invoice processing fee ? If yes, I know Lynx charges $7.50 for faxed in invoices, but you should not be paying anything to process SGC invoices if you submit them on their website.

Back to the topic. Allstate is almost non-existant here. I won't see any difference.

I rec the request on my computer but they have me fax it back to them with the owners signature at the bottom of the autorization. Its sort of conflicting how they have me do it. The next request I will enter it on the computer then fax the signed authoriztion. Instead of depositing my pay to my bank account like LYNXs, they mail a check. They have my account information. Do any of you get checks from SGC?

Every payment from SGC is direct deposit. If they are asking for a copy of the referral with customer signature, you may be missing a part of the online invoicing. There is a line under inv. # that asks if you have signature on file, you must click on yes or they will assume that you do not have the customers signature. That may be why they are asking for the faxed copy and sending a faxed copy is why you are paying a fee and getting paid by check.

candyman, if you enter info correctly on the SGC website you don't need to fax it to them. They usually pay me in 10-14 days direct deposit. Lynx should be submitted through compannies like glasscomp or datatranz at something like $2.50 an invoice

Hi everyone, would like some advice, does anyone have a partnership to offer a service of free windscreen repair if they are members and if so how much does it cost? Also how much does windscreen cover cost as a premium on average?

Also: Gregory is talking about Windscreens. Are you from the UK?
