Took some more time out for you searching on this subject! As soon as as football starts today....I have to be honest "Your On Your Own".
Sorry, just being a character today!

From what I've gathered so far.... all you'll need to is to have a certification letter stating that your a specialist in windshield repair. If you need some other referral letters written in your defence I'd be glad to write one up on my letterheadand fax it to you. Actually, I think if you went into court with 5 of these support letters, the case would be blown out!!!!

I agree with you. I also consider myself a windshield repair specialist. Just ignore the dolt that got mad at you.
