A chip saver is a small card about the size of a business card. On one side you have your information on it. On the reverse side are 2 - 4 plastic circles with adhesive. When a customer gets a break, he peels one off to protect the damage from contaminates. He then calls you to make the repair. They keep them in the glove box or arm rest. You can buy these from several places to include Deltakits and the NWRA. I have my own stamp and I get the blank chip savers. You can order them already printed with your logo as well.
Why don't you get some business cards - give them to 2 or 3 local gas stations.
Over here in Australia, they still come out and put your fuel in for you (not all).
I tell them that for every business card I get back with their name on it, I'll give them $5.00 (10 a day... it adds up for them)
So...they check the screen of EVERY CAR. I get business this way - Maybe you can? It doesn't have to be a gas station...
Be safe
Actually, thats a GREAT idea... Most websites have an affilite prog, so couldnt we. On the back of your business card, you could have (blank spaces), a place for a full name and their phone number. Give that person few cards, fill out the back and hand them out for you and in return for actual cusomters, you give the person on tha back $5.00. Multi-level..lol
