Try using some fingernail buffing creme to remove the spots from the glass. You can get at a beauty supply store about $3.50 for a small can of it last time I bought some. I can't take credit for that one, I got the idea to use the stuff from Goldstar(she uses it to buff pits). I have used it to remove very slight scratches. It also works to buff out slight etching in glass.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT ON PLASTIC. It will etch plastic and it is ruined. Was doing a mirror bracket on a friends new camry and got some on the shift consel and caused $600.00+ damage. BEWARE
As for urethane removal blue Scrubs work and is user friendly, also release agent on a rag for cloth. If the spots are not etched into the w/s cerium oxide shoud get them off see a glass shop.
