Can I just ask, the orange thing in the left hand bottom corner, looks like a fly swat, is that a Delta tool for slapping customers who look over your shoulder whilst you carry out the repair.
Congratulations to all those who have attended a course, here is hoping you all enjoy tha trade and get as much out of it as I am lucky to do. It is great fun seeing a customers face when you beat thier expectations by a mile.

Apparently the *@#! gets pretty deep when Bruce is teaching the class so the trainees insist on fly swatters!
