Good Luck Brian. I think your honest post will prove to be very helpful to alot of people. There are alot of opportunities in this business and it helps to sometimes ber reminded that although you may have tons of ideas for growth and expansion, patience and research will payoff in the end. Thanks for always sharing your knowledge and experience with us.

Also, many of us have had bad things happen in our lives and I didn't take your post as trying to get sympathy. I have posted on this forum before and been misinterpreted. It all could have been solved by stepping back and reading what I wrote before I posted it. Hopefully some people on this forum made that mistake in this thread and are not really that insensitive.

Is there no way for you to get back into the biz after the dust settles? I can't see you staying away for long.

Scratchy, I am doing real estate already and am doing fairly well in getting listings and sales. I started a month ago and I really like it alot. While WSR was about the easiest buck I ever made and I got it down pretty well, I do think real estate in the end will be more profitable. I already miss WSR though 8(

WSR is too adaptable to ever be able to walk away from it once one gets over the first hump of carving a niche in the market. I think its kind of like hearing a junkie say he is done with dope. You'll be back Brian... and we will be here smiling and holding out the magnibond single shot syringe when you do!!

Thank You Brian for everthing you have posted and shared with us all. It seems like the big corperations are putting all the small guys out of biz, here in my town jiffy is buying out the other lube shops....
It still sounds like you have resin in your blood, delta in your hand and the gift of sell...
Good luck
