I may have misunderstood the "networks"...When the term network is used are people refering the 3rd party admins like Lynx etc?
It is my understanding that if you go through them they can send business
your way...Is that wishfull thinking? Im guessing ACT just does billing no refering business.

When someone is added into ACT's database, we will in-tern add them into lynx and safelites systems...thus making it possible for them to refer customers to shops. I have had many shops call in saying, " hey man some guy from Lynx just called and said a guy would be here around 2:00...do i just call it in like normal?"...I have also had customers call in..." hey I found your website on the internet, or flyer in a jiffy lube, or overheard some guy talking about your guys, and I need my windshield repaired." I then usually ask them for their area code and search for one of the shops that we have in our system currently doing repairs and refer them to the shop. I have even gotten on the internet and told them directions.
