I must commend you on the fact that you at least do have a "Plan".
This is just a little off subject, but let me suggest a good book for you, that I wish I would have had available to me at the age of 21 ( Not that I would have read it at that time).It's called "The millionaire next door" by Thomas J. Stanley.He studied hundreds of millionaires to find the common traits between them.This book will help on the business side of life as well as the personal and relationships side of life.

I really enjoy motivational books which open are eyes and show us that you know most of us won't be bill gates or Michael Dell, but we can still make a s@$% load of money.
I have really enjoyed Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Also Guide to investments, cashflow quadrant, protecting your number one investment.
These books are really mind opening.

try this other book "Investing strategies for the lazy investor" by Paul Farrel, this is really an eye opener and it changed my whole thought process on investing.
