I remember having this conversation with another PDR guy who was starting out when I did. He was saying the customer wants us off the lot so do a quick job and I was the opposite. Eventually he agreed with me and we both now enjoy a healthy customer base. On the windscreen repairs, the guys around here do seem to be rushing around (maybe cos they are soooo busy ??) anyway I'm never in a rush so when I did a job today for one of my fussiest customers he told me for the first time that he was impressed. Incidentally the job did take well over a half hour for one chip but I was busy on dents anyway so I wasn't bothered. JMO
