bsh21wash, please review the forum guidlines. You can e-mail through the board but to cut down on spam e-mail addresses are not allowed in posts. Chad knows how to do this so hopefully you received it by now.

I have been trying to decide which billing company to use. But I still have a few questions about Safelite.

1. ACT will do the enrolling with Lynx, Safelite, etc. for me. Is there a difference if I do the enrolling myself? If ACT enrolls for me will I be put into Safelite's and Lynx's rotations? I know that getting a call from Safelite is next to nothing.
2. If I enroll with Safelite NOT using ACT, Safelite requires that I send in a picture of my vehicle with logo on it. ACT told me they don't need that if I use them to register. Does anyone know if this will make a difference on how I am enrolled? How does ACT get away without sending in a picture? Is everyone who has an account with ACT under an ACT group enrollment plan?
3. I imagine if ACT enrolls me with Safelite, Lynx, etc. I would be able to use Datatranz along with ACT because ACT has enrolled for me?
