Not to add anything to the guys that have been doing this for a while. I have found that if I store the pit resin upside down in the case there are no or fewer air bubbles to work with. The times that I got air bubbles was when the resin came out with them.

have any of you tried degassing the resin. Might sound a bit technical but all liquids have the ability to absorb some sort of gas from the air.
to do this you will need a vacuum pump like the Mity Vac and holding the resin bottle upright place the pump tube onto the top of the bottle neck and apply a vacuum not to much though. If you have a clear resin bottle you will the resin start to bubble a bit like pop. THis will help remove some of the pit bubbles you are getting but also I would suggest you use some of the earlier tips. They have all been on the right track.
