Seems like the other two have already given you the same answers I would have done. Just because your income is being helped along by your pension it does not mean you are worth any less, it is you that should benefit from that situation not the customer.

I would tend to agree here.

Everyone can do their own oil, most simply choose to have someone else do it for them (even me).

You will get Joe Blow and Jane Mary wanting to save a some bucks at first but it will end up costing them in the end.
