My husband and I strive for perfection. In fact, the other day, my husband did a repair which was very good but I thought it could have been just a little better. A small black spot was left in the glass after the star repair was completed. I told my daughter he had better shape up or I would "fire him." My 7-year-old granddaughter heard this and asked me if I was really going to "fire" grandpa. We all had a good laugh! Seriously, our philosophy is: Do the absolute very best, even if it means taking some time off from business for practicing at home in the garage. We find we are now getting repeat customers from last year. We're on the right track! Thanks again Delta for wonderful training and business support.
