I know this post is very out dated as far as the #s go, and I am very knew so I am not sure how to get this information but I sure would appreciate those insurance #s as well.

Don't make it to complicated most times you can find it on their insurance card or quickly google it up under "insurance company name" and "claims" or "glass claims"

I would call the insurance with the insured present, they have to be there so they can talk to them. Yes it is a some what long process. This is a old post so trying to get my 10 posts updated
