They do take up time and can be annoying.
If possible I ask the customer before they select a replacement company based on the cheapest quote and why there is such a big differance in pricing to go to my web sites and check out the pages ""Windshield safety" and "replacement problems".
Without personnally reccomending either I mention the only two accreated by AGRSS are a national company B..s...r and a local family company that I have heard has a good reputation and close supervision of techs.
They in return even we do not know each other have referred repairs to me.
Thank the potential customer for calling and ask them to remember me in case of additional chips.
