What is the variance of thickness within this industry? I am seeing some really thick stuff of SUV's like Navigators and really thin stuff on Japanese models and econoboxes. Kind of makes me wonder how thick the glass is on the new Nissan Titans because they are cracking out like crazy!! Have not had the opportunity to fix one yet though. Does anyone know if non OE glass is thinner or poorer grade laminate too??? I am not refering to PPG, but the knockoffs.

Body flex is responsible for the Titan probs saw a memo to dealers while working at one the other day
Jeep wrangler is also notorios for flex in the windshield area
Flex the glass and the small becomes big
