Which repair systems are the very best?

I have been in business for over a year now. I started working at a carwash location and it was my sole bread-n-butter for almost 10 months, and with an average of about 20 repairs a week. I reached a plataeu where it seemed that I was just revisiting the same customers who had no new damage. I was blessed to have repaired close to 700 repairs at the close of my first full year. I took a job as a waiter about 4 months ago and I just quit last night. I desire to be full time in wsr again, but the carwash does not seem to a viable way to generate biz. I have been stalking strip malls and industrial/office parks to get biz but it has not proved to be as fool proof as the carwash. Two questions for all of you professionals: What should a weekly repair average be? How do you generate biz? I look forward to many responses.
I also worked the few car washes that is in Albemarle, but quickly found out that there was not enough revenue at the small number of establishments in my little town to support my business. I do work most of the use car lots and a couple of the rental car business. Most of my business comes from individuals that see my advertisement (magnetic signs on both sides and the tailgate of my truck). With all of the businesses and traffic that there is in Charlotte, you sould be overwhelmed with work! I might suggest setting up at the outside area of parking lots like Home Depot or Lowes. Put out a large sign that says "WINDSHIELD REPAIR" and put out some pamplets on a card table under an umbrella. They will come
