Has anyone dealt with Farm Bureau before? What network are they with and how much do they allow you to charge?

In Georgia, they do not waive the deductible, one of the few.

I have a few clients with Farm Bureau. They tell me to bill them direct.

In Oklahoma I bill them $59.00 - $10.00 - $10.00 and simply fax the invoices to the local agents. I am paid in full very promptly and consider Farm Bureau one the best to do business with.

In New Mexico they pay 65-10-10 the like to be billed direct.
