Marketing Idea

I was visiting some web sites for promotional items and I saw something I think would be great for this business. Windshield scrapers!! Especially for those of you who live in cold climates, offer these to your customers and they can be reminded of you every time they scrape their windshield. They are pretty cheap and fully customizeable. check this site for more info:
I am thinking of getting some and giving them to every customer I have as a freebie. Just a thought.

A FREE gift,,everone like that. maybe you could put you business imformation on it?? That way when the are scrapping the shield they would find the chip and call you!!!

Thank you for the info. I looked through the site and found many good ideas. I am going to order the magnetic business cards. Pretty cheap and good advertising.

I like the idea of providing customers with a useful, automotive-related "freebie" that advertises my business. However, since it doesn't "ice-up" too often down here in the Memphis area, and my customers would probably only use their scraper a few times a year, I took your idea and searched a little further ...
How's about a custom printed air freshener that hangs from the rear view mirror? My business name and telephone would always be in front of the customer and could even be read by passers by?

I like the suggestions posted here, I personally give away cell phone antenna boosters as seen on t.v. retail value of 19.99 (huge percieved value)You can get them on e-bay in lots of 100. I bought 400 of them for 24.95 including shipping, Thats only .06 cents each. put in search word of wholesale. they also have some inexpensive sunglasses at around .50 cents. Air freshners would be my first choice if I was not such a cheap scape.

I give everyone notepads. Fleets ,dealers love them and they work great on your cold calls ,they have all my info on top .
