I have been in the auto glass business for about 10 years.Both repair and replacement. I have worked for the top 2 shops in town.And am still working part time doing sales for one. I live in montana and the winters are long and slow.(very few installs) So I had to go out on my own. Ya gotta make money to live. I felt kinda crappy leaving my friend/boss but I have to take care of my family. So the point of this thread is that I started my own business (windshield repair only) And I have been doing mostly retail,and only 2 fleets.
But I live in Kalispell Montana which is only 20-30 mins. away from Big Mountain ski resort. The road sucks and gets sand and gravel almost every day.So there are plenty of chips there. I pulled some strings through some friends and can set up a tent/awning site a couple days a week. The problem is that I don't have a tent or banner. I can get a banner from delta for $50.00 But, I still need a tent. Any suggestions? Thanks guys.

Auto Parts stores like Pep Boys are a good place to find ez-up tents at a resonable price

Wow Montana, Here in Oregon they are everywhere I go... Costco, Sears and most sports and auto stores seem to have them, If you cant find them local do a search on the web... EZ Up and Caravan are good ones, you get what you pay for, there are lots of cheap ones around...

Be sure to buy some sandbags for the corners to keep it from blowing away...

Check out the web and read up on these things....
You can get different colors, it might help you get noticed, Not everyone wants blue and white...
The more expensive ones have sides you can zip in, great to protect you in the cold weather...

I live in San Antonio Texas and set up a tent on the weekends on a high traffic intersection.
I purchased an EZ Up gazibo style tent from Walmart on sale for $60 some odd dollars. It was purchased to shade my family while attending my sons Pop Warner football games (Texas get's real hot )
Anyway, that is my 2 cents. It is great, I have the tent and my three banners up in approximately 4 minutes flat. The tent comes with steaks that are hammered in the pole feet.
I bought three banners that I attatch at the the corners with bungee ball ties.
Very simple method and easy to setup and tear down.
