I like that invoice Dave.It's very informative with all pertinent info.
I would like to stress to Jeff2 and all other new guys that it is important to get all customers' mailing addresses and phone number even if the customer pays cash.The customer database is one of, if not the most valuable marketing tool you'll need later on down the road in my experience.

cure4glass, I would agree on the customer data, I have made a pledge to myself (and my business) to build a database of customers, as you have indicated it is the "most valuable marketing tool" I will have.
