ACT and TAXES... HELP!

Hey there WST friends, I have recently been using ACT. I had to submit a w-9 with my info on it, but all of the profits dont go to just me, they go to a friend of mine too. How do I make this work out?

I would suggest calling ACT. I'm not in a Partnership, but I's sure they can work with that, you will probably need a EIN instead of a W-9.

Hmm... Could you not just issue your friend a 1099?
