Info needed please?

First off I wanted to say hello to all.
I have been on a hiatus for some time but still monitor this
forum from time to time and still find it to be a great resource.
Ok, enough banter.
My first question: Would anyone be willing to share a generic contract with me so that I may get some ideas?
Details: I have an opportunity to work with some lubes and car wash locations. I have been asked to send a 1-5 year contract with a 30 day out.
I don't deal well with this type of thing and have spent countless hours on the internet with no avail.
Would appreciate anyone's help.
Second question: Is there windshield repair technicians in the Vallejo, Freemont or Vacaville area of California that is looking for work? If so please respond.
