Repair Statistics

Looking for any legal/Statistical Info on clarity of Windshield after repair has been done.
I have a copy of the Maine State Police vehicle inspection rules and regulations which all licensed state inspectors are suppose to abide by. Contained in these rules, laws or codes are sections pertaining to windshield cracks, star breaks, bulls-eye breaks and what will or will not pass state inspection before or after a repair. I follow these very closely...... the NWRA Recommended Practices for windshield repair follow the same guidelines.
If your state has vehicle inspections, I'd suggest getting a copy from your local office!
