Windshield Repair Forum

Hello everyone,

My wife and I have spent sometime looking into the wsr business and we finally made the first step and purchased a Delta Kit. We have spent countless hours looking at these threads on the windshield repair forum and I must say that the ladies and gentlemen that post here are top notch professionals. :eusa_clap

With all of your help we have been able to make the decision to move forward with this career knowing that we are not going at it alone. I wanted to take a minute to thank each and everyone on the site for the wealth of knowledge that have laid out for people like us who truely want to get into a legitimate business and start off as professionals, as well as performing high quality repairs.

As we get started I'm sure we will have many questions and roadblocks along the way, but for now we wanted to just take a minute to acknowledge the contribution you all have made in our decision.

I wanted to give you a piece of information that you might or might not already know. But the advise you receive in the forum comes from many different people with many different "systems" they have bought into. So, that said, the technical answers you receive might work on another system but no so great on your, I believe, Delta Kit. My recommendation is to take a training class with Delta. My business partner and I did this and the confidence and marketing ideas are priceless. (see the home page on testimonials we both are in there).

Work hard and it will pay off!


There are no shortcuts to success.

I have to agree each system is a little different follow the advice of others who use the same system and work in a similar area and environment first then modify it to fit your needs as time and experience comes along. But a couple things will always be true
1. FIRE BAD!
2. CHEAP RESIN BAD!
3. WATER ON BREAK BAD!
4. FREEZING GLASS BAD!
5. GLASS TOO HOT TO TOUCH BAD!
6. DOLLAR STORE MOTIVATION MATERIAL GOOD!
