Welcome to the forum sparkyglass!
Quick answers to your questions:
Where can I get training?
All major windshield repair manufacturers have training classes. Ours are free and you can attend even if you haven't bought equipment. So, if you have equipment, check out the website of your supplier.
Where can I sign up for A.C.T.
You'll need to fill out a form, which can be found here:
html/act.pdf along with information about A.C.T.. That's a PDF, so you'll need to save it to your computer.
How do I find other insurance?
Quite a few members use RLI. You can get RLI from a local agent in your area. You can call 800-526-1754 to find an agent in your area. Should cost you between $150-$250 per year for $500K coverage, as long as you're windshield repair only. If you are, use this policy when trying to find the right one: ISO Businessowners Coverage form , BP 00 03 07 02.

Just attended GT training this week end, very informative. The problem is,Iam still undecided about which product to purchace. My plan are to concentrate on buses and big trucks, leaning towards the GT max. but still need to do more research. My name is Ron,Email

GT = Glass Technologies
They are a windshield repair manufacturer, so Tripple R is saying he took their training class.

I like their resins but their equipment is spendy!!! I cannot understand why a person needs to spend so much to get the job done when you can do it with a more economic (and effective) system? Just my opinion. Scott

Do not spend to much time deciding each day not working at screen repair is another days money lost.
I think this forum alone should tell you about the integrity of Delta kits and from experience I can tell you their kit is good even though I use Novus style equipment, If it ever got lost I would purchase Delta straight away.
Be positive get those tools on the screen and earn earn earn.
