I want to thank Matt, Krista and Jeff for the training on Friday. It was very informative, and very productful, and I am really excited about the business all over again. It was nice to meet other techs that all share the same interest which brought us all together.

The training really opened my eyes to a few technical things about the way I was doing repairs. As a result of taking this training class, I have "un-learned" an old habbit that is now going to make my repairs turn out better, and will also save me time.

It was well worth my time and travel to take the class. I enjoyed it very much.

Thanks again Matt, Krista, Jeff and everyone else at Delta Kits for giving us the opportunity to become better at what we love to do, and introducing the new techs to the business.

Care to enlighten as to what the "old habbit" was that you have un-learned?

The old habbit that I was referring to is about drilling. I use to pretty much drill everything to insure that I had a good path for the resin to get to the body of the break, but NO MORE! (except when absolutely necessary).

During the training class we all had practice shields with lots of stars and bulls to work on. Many of these bulls I would have automatically drilled (from old habbit). But in the training class we all were filling these breaks without the need for drilling.

So I was quite surprised at just how fast and how easy the delta premium bond resin flowed into all the breaks without any drilling at all.

So I will be saving myself a lot of time, (and drill bits) too - by not drilling every repair like I use too. Not to mention my repairs are turning out better than ever.

Taking the training class was a great move. It was great to meet others in this business from varying different ages and backgrounds.

The day after the training was over, My wife and Daughter and I drove over to the coast and stopped at the sea-lion caves. It was AWESOME! I highly recommend it to anyone. We had a great time traveling the Oregon Coast.
