As most of you know, State Farm announced back in May that 7 states would have the deductible waiver for windshield repair removed starting December 1st.

We've received confirmation that the deadline of December 1st is being pushed back to June 1, 2006 for the state of Colorado.

We don't know yet if that means all 7 are being pushed back, or just Colorado.

They don't say why they're pushing it back, but maybe they realized it's not a good idea...Let's hope anyway!

I'll let you know more as I get the info...

I hope they see the light, I personally have been very vocal with their customers that I service ("Sir or Mrs. Did you know that your ins co is going to change your coverage and you will be notified after.....(dec 05 or when it is renewed) If your a lawyer it will be spelled out in your coverage explaination letter and you'll find out then....if you wish to continue enjoying this kind of coverage you might want to consider a change of ins carriers. Most folks have said they were thinking of changing anyway as they have other issues also!!
